Overall:

Beat four guys in a fight - one was using nunchucks and the other was a former boxer

Star Platinum can get objects from several distances

Strength:

Star Platinum is strong enough to grab onto a Stand and snap it's throat

Jotaro can easily smash a toilet with kick

Star Platinum is easily able to bend metal bars with ease as well as break it off and lift it

Able to grab a gun from a police officer's holster extremely quickly

Star Platinum is able to react and stop a bullet from hitting Jotaro's head - the average speed of a bullet is 2,500 feet per second (around 1,700 mph)

Able to steal Joseph Joestar's prosthetic finger without him noticing so SP did faster than Joseph's reaction time - the average reaction time for a human is  0.25 seconds

Durability

Jotaro gets pinned by Magician Red's flames - Avdol can melt metal projectiles mid-air and slice railroad tracks - this means that Avdol's flames must be at least 1370 degrees C (2500°F) and Jotaro tanked them

Uses a water's toilet to put out Magican Red's Flame

How Star Platinum was named

Strength:

Easily grab Hierophant Green and choke it

Strong enough to heavily choke Hierophant Green and damage it

Strong enough to punch Hierophant Green through a concrete ceiling which caused a lot of the building to get damaged  

The force of the punch cased most of the side wall and windows to get broken

Star Platinum is easily able to break the fleshbud

Speed:

Is able to quickly assess the situation and grab onto a tree branch

Able to quickly react to a person attacking him with a pen

Able to react to Emerald Splash’s attacks

Star Platinum is able to quickly and precisely pull out as flesh bed. Joseph states that his moves are more accurate than a machines

Able to quickly react and attempt to grab the fly

While he is able to do a punch barrage - Grey Fly dodges it

Star Platinum’s fist is strong enough to stop a truck and launch a car into the air to avoid it getting crushed by flipping over the car

Yanks a car up a cliff by pulling on a winch

Star Platinum's fist is abe to put a large tend in the car which caused the car to fall off the cliff

ORA,ORA,ORA’s the car causing significant damage to the side. SP’s punch was so great that it caused ZZ Top to rocket out of the other side

Durability:

Shot by Wheel of Fortune's gasoline causing injuries in several different places

Second shot of Wheel of Fortune's gasoline - that causes more injuries on Jotaro

Jotaro gets light on fire - however, the only think burning was his jacket

Manages to hide underground before anyone can notice he did so

Jumped and grabbed onto Iggy and the Fool

Uses Star Platinum to kick himself into the air

Hangs onto the Fool despite him being several meters in the air

Uses Star Platinum’s eyesight to see N’Doul who is 400 meters away

Strength:

Grabs Iggy and throws him and hits N'Doul dead on - the distance is likely 400 meters
